You will move through an invigorating asana practice and align with new beginnings in Nature. You will discover how to start fresh in your body and your life; how to overcome obstacles calmly and smoothly; how to adopt flexibility in the paths you travel in life; and how to strengthen and harmonize your connection with life's natural pulsations. You will leave with tools and techniques to spring into a new practice and wake power and potential inside you.
